Juni, war die Sommersonnenwende. Der l\u00e4ngste Tag des Jahres spielt in der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin (TCM) eine entscheidende Rolle. Er ist der j\u00e4hrliche H\u00f6hepunkt der Yang-Energie und symbolisiert ein Maximum an Licht, Bewegung, F\u00fclle und Aktivit\u00e4t. Nach der F\u00fcnf Elemente-Theorie handelt es sich um die Jahreszeit des Feuers, die vom Herzen beherrscht wird. Und da es das Jahr des Feuerpferdes ist, gibt es im diesj\u00e4hrigen System besonders viel zus\u00e4tzliche Feuerenergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da jedoch alles dynamisch ist und sich st\u00e4ndig ver\u00e4ndert, stellt im nat\u00fcrlichen Kreislauf das h\u00f6chste Yang zugleich einen Wendepunkt dar: Auf dem H\u00f6hepunkt des Sommers entsteht das Yin. Und w\u00e4hrend wir am l\u00e4ngsten Tag des Jahres die Lebenskraft feiern, w\u00fcrdigen wir zugleich die erste subtile Einladung zur Ruhe und Erholung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dadurch ist die Zeit um die Sommersonnenwende herum ein idealer Zeitpunkt, um innezuhalten und das allgemeine Wohlbefinden unserer Pferde zu beurteilen. Anstatt darauf zu warten, dass offensichtliche Probleme auftreten, ermuntert uns die TC(V)M, subtile Ver\u00e4nderungen wahrzunehmen, zu beobachten und das Gleichgewicht zu unterst\u00fctzen, bevor sich Ungleichgewichte als offensichtliche Symptome manifestieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zus\u00e4tzlich zu einer allgemeinen Kontrolluntersuchung sehen wir uns derzeit in vielen Teilen Europas mit \u00fcberdurchschnittlich warmen oder hei\u00dfen Temperaturen konfrontiert und m\u00fcssen Wege finden, mit der Hitze umzugehen und uns daran anzupassen, um die Belastung durch die Umweltbedingungen f\u00fcr unsere Pferde und uns selbst zu verringern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aus Sicht der chinesischen Medizin ist Hitze einer von sechs exogenen, klimatischen pathogenen Faktoren, die in den K\u00f6rper eindringen und Krankheiten verursachen k\u00f6nnen. In der Regel findet ein solches Eindringen nur dann statt, wenn ein Ungleichgewichtvon Yin und Yang oder eine St\u00f6rung des Qi-Flusses im K\u00f6rper vorliegt. Hitze ist ein Yang-Faktor, der die K\u00f6rperfl\u00fcssigkeiten verbraucht und dadurch das Yin sch\u00e4digen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"><em><strong>In Hitzeperioden m\u00fcssen wir das Yin st\u00e4rken: Der Schwerpunkt sollte auf Abk\u00fchlung, Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr und Ruhe liegen.<\/strong><\/em><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Praktische Schritte w\u00e4hrend einer Hitzewelle<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Pferde k\u00f6nnen wir wie folgt unterst\u00fctzen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\"><strong>Sorge daf\u00fcr, dass die Pferde rund um die Uhr Zugang zu Wasser haben<\/strong><\/mark>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uneingeschr\u00e4nkter Zugang zu frischem, sauberem und kaltem Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontrolliere Wasserquellen, Tr\u00e4nken und Eimer regelm\u00e4\u00dfig, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sauber sind und funktionieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\"><strong>Sorge f\u00fcr Schatten und Bel\u00fcftung<\/strong><\/mark>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sorgen Sie daf\u00fcr, dass die Pferde Zugang zu nat\u00fcrlichem Schatten wie B\u00e4umen oder gut bel\u00fcfteten St\u00e4llen und Unterst\u00e4nden haben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sorgen Sie in St\u00e4llen f\u00fcr eine optimale Bel\u00fcftung, indem Sie T\u00fcren und Fenster \u00f6ffnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vermeide nach M\u00f6glichkeit schlecht bel\u00fcftete R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Deine Pferde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\"><strong>Passe Trainingseinheiten den Temperaturen an<\/strong><\/mark>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die beste Option ist die Hitze zu vermeiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reiten Sie oder trainieren Sie die Pferde zur k\u00fchlsten Tageszeit, beispielsweise am fr\u00fchen Morgen oder am sp\u00e4ten Abend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduziere Intensit\u00e4t und Dauer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn es zu hei\u00df ist, mache eine Pause. Es handelt sich um einen Notfall!<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\"><strong>Besonders gef\u00e4hrdete Pferde<\/strong><\/mark>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c4ltere Pferde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Junge Pferde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcbergewichtige Pferde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pferde mit Vorerkrankgungen wie equinem Asthma, kardiologischen Problemen, Cushing, kolikanf\u00e4llige Pferde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Kombination aus reichlich Wasser und Schatten, einer angemessenen Anpassung der Arbeitsbelastung und einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Beobachtung ist der wichtigste und beste Weg, um das Wohlbefinden unserer Pferde w\u00e4hrend der Sommerhitze zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Akupressur zum Ausgleich von Sommerhitze<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den oben genannten Vorsichtsma\u00dfnahmen ist jetzt ein guter Zeitpunkt, um Deine Routine mit der Arbeit mit Akupressurpunkten zum Ausgleich der K\u00f6rperw\u00e4rme zu erg\u00e4nzen. Dies ist zudem eine Gelegenheit, wertvolle Zeit mit Deinen Pferden zu verbringen und die Bindung zu ihnen zu st\u00e4rken, w\u00e4hrend Trainingseinheiten vielleicht eine Pause einlegen oder das Tempo etwas gedrosselt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch hier liegt unser Schwerpunkt darauf, den K\u00f6rper unserer Pferde dabei zu unterst\u00fctzen, das Yin zu st\u00e4rken und \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges Yang sowie Hitze aus dem K\u00f6rper abzuleiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt \u2013 neben einer Reihe weiterer \u2013 drei Akupunkturpunkte, die sich hierf\u00fcr eignen: Dickdarm 11, Lenkergef\u00e4\u00df 14 und Perikard 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Hinweis: Es handelt sich um eine Auswahl an Akupressurpunkten, die h\u00e4ufig zur Ausleitung von Hitze und zur St\u00e4rkung des Yin eingesetzt werden. Um die wirksamsten und am besten geeigneten Akupressurpunkte f\u00fcr Dein Pferd auszuw\u00e4hlen, ist eine individuelle Untersuchung durch einen Tierarzt, der Traditionelle Chinesische (Veterin\u00e4r-) Medizin (TC(V)M) praktiziert, oder durch einen  TC(V)M-Therapeuten erforderlich.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dickdarm 11<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da Chang 11 | Qu Chi | Gekr\u00fcmmter Teich | Erdpunkt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lokalisierung: In der Vertiefung am lateralen Ende der Ellenbogenbeugefalte vor dem lateralen Epicondylus humeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charakteristik: Kl\u00e4rt Hitze, k\u00fchlt Blut, vertreibt Wind, beseitigt Feuchtigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Westliche Indikationen: Fieber, geschw\u00e4chtes Immunsystem, Schmerzen bzw. K\u00fchlt Blut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Westliche Indikationen: Hitzschlag, Schmerzen der Schulter oder des Ellenbogens, Hautallergien, Hautausschl\u00e4ge und Fieber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Der Akupressurpunkt \u201ePerikard 3\u201c ist nicht ganz einfach zu lokalisieren. Ich empfehle, sich an den kn\u00f6chernen Orientierungspunkten lateral sowie an der Lage des Akupressurpunkts \u201eHerz 3\u201c zu orientieren. Ihr k\u00f6nnt die Arbeit mit diesen Akupressurpunkten gerne in Eure Putzroutine integrieren. \u00dcbe am Anfang sanften, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Fingerdruck f\u00fcr ca. 30\u201360 Sekunden lang auf dem Akupressurpunkt aus. Lasse ihn los, sobald das Pferd Zeichen der Entspannung zeigt. Beziehe die Punkte auf beiden Seiten des Pferdes ein. Beobachte stets die Reaktionen Deines Pferdes und brich die Akupressur ab, wenn es Anzeichen von Unbehagen oder Schmerzen zeigt, und kl\u00e4re die Ursache f\u00fcr eine solche negative Reaktion mit Eurem Tierarzt ab. Diese Sitzungen erg\u00e4nzen, ersetzen jedoch nicht die tier\u00e4rztliche Behandlung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warte nach dem F\u00fcttern von Kraftfutter mindestens zwei Stunden mit der Akupressur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wende keine Akupressur bei tragenden Stuten an, da dies die Wehen einleiten kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konsultiere bei unklaren Problemen oder Reaktionen einen Tierarzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und ansonsten: Bleibt cool und genie\u00dft den Sommer! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Hinweis: Pferdeakupressur ist eine erg\u00e4nzende Behandlungsmethode und kein Ersatz f\u00fcr tier\u00e4rztliche Betreuung.
