{"id":2792,"date":"2026-04-06T20:32:36","date_gmt":"2026-04-06T20:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/if-therapies.com\/?p=2792"},"modified":"2026-04-06T20:32:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T20:32:38","slug":"what-are-acupoints","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/if-therapies.com\/de\/what-are-acupoints\/","title":{"rendered":"Was sind Akupunkturpunkte?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akupunkturpunkte sind bestimmte Stellen an der K\u00f6rperoberfl\u00e4che des Pferdes, an denen durch gezielte Stimulation bestimmte Beschwerden oder Ungleichgewichte festgestellt, beurteilt und behandelt werden k\u00f6nnen.<br><br>Im Chinesischen werden Akupunkturpunkte als \u201eShu Xue\u201c bezeichnet, was so viel wie \u201ekommunizierende Punkte\u201c bedeutet. \u201eShu\u201c bedeutet \u201etransportieren\u201c, \u201everteilen\u201c oder \u201ekommunizieren\u201c, w\u00e4hrend \u201eXue\u201c f\u00fcr \u201ePunkt\u201c, \u201eAusgang\u201c oder \u201eVertiefung\u201c steht.<br><br>Aus der Perspektive der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin sind Akupunkturpunkte wie Energieb\u00fcndel, an denen sich das Qi an oder nahe der K\u00f6rperoberfl\u00e4che sammelt. Und wie der Name \u201eKommunikationspunkt\u201c schon andeutet, handelt es sich bei Akupunkturpunkten oft um Vertiefungen, die mit den Fingern ertastbar sind. An diesen Punkten k\u00f6nnen Ungleichgewichte mithilfe verschiedener Methoden wie Akupressur, Akupunktur und Moxibustion behandelt und aufgel\u00f6st werden.<br><br>Bei der Arbeit mit Pferden werden h\u00e4ufig Akupunkturpunkte verwendet, die aus der Humanmedizin \u00fcbernommen und von Tier\u00e4rzten weiterentwickelt wurden (transponierte Akupunkturpunkte). Diese Akupunkturpunkte befinden sich auf sogenannten Meridianen oder Leitbahnen, die ebenfalls vom Menschen auf das Pferd \u00fcbertragen wurden.<br><br>Traditionell wurden in der chinesischen Veterin\u00e4rmedizin nur Akupunkturpunkte und keine Meridiane verwendet (klassische Akupunkturpunkte). Diese zus\u00e4tzlichen Punkte werden auch heute noch von einigen Praktikern \u2013 und auch von mir \u2013 angewendet.<br><br>Die praktische Anwendung und Auswahl von Akupunkturpunkten basierte urspr\u00fcnglich auf Beobachtungen und Aufzeichnungen \u00fcber ihre therapeutische Wirkung.<br><br>Heute wissen wir, dass Akupunkturpunkte in der Regel auf oder in der N\u00e4he von Muskeln, Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfen, Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfen, myofaszialen Leitbahnen oder Nerven liegen. Wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen haben die besonderen Eigenschaften und Merkmale bestimmter Akupunkturpunkte in Form von lokalen Konzentrationen oder \u00dcbertragungsstellen wie Nervenb\u00fcndeln, Faszienebenen, myofaszialen Triggerpunkten, motorischen Punkten, Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfen, Muskelans\u00e4tzen und vielem mehr aufgezeigt.<br><br>In der praktischen Anwendung von Akupressur, Akupunktur und Moxibustion spielen Akupunkturpunkte sowohl bei der Diagnose als auch bei der Behandlung eine wichtige Rolle. Anhand der Reaktionen und Empfindlichkeiten an bestimmten Akupunkturpunkten lassen sich Ungleichgewichte und zugrunde liegende Muster erkennen, die die Grundlage f\u00fcr den Behandlungsplan und die Auswahl der Akupunkturpunkte bilden. Ausgew\u00e4hlte Akupunkturpunkte werden dann f\u00fcr die Punktarbeit mit Akupressur, d. h. der Stimulation mit unseren H\u00e4nden und Fingern, der Nadelung, bekannt als Akupunktur, oder der W\u00e4rmetherapie, genannt Moxibustion, verwendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acupuncture points or acupoints are specific spots on the surface of the horse\u2019s body where a practitioner applies stimulation to assess and address certain conditions.
