Cancellation Policy
Cancellation right
You have the right to cancel the Contract within fourteen (14) days after the date upon which you signed up/registered for one of our offers.
To cancel the Contract, you must give us written notice of your cancellation by contacting us at: Isabell Freund, IF Equine & Animal Therapies, Am Rosengarten 33, 63607 Wächtersbach, Germany, ifreund@if-therapies.com, or via the contact form.
If any payment has been made to us and you subsequently cancel the Contract pursuant to your right to cancel as set out in the clause above, we will provide you or the person who has made such payment (as the case may be) with a full refund.
Exclusions of the Right of Cancellation
- There is no right of cancellation in case of a contract for leisure activities which are attended in person on a specific date.
- The right of cancellation expires in case of a contract for delivery of digital content if the delivery has started upon your request and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your cancellation right.
Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on all hands-on courses/workshops, though you may wish to pay in full at the time of purchase. You will be required to pay the balance of the course at least one month in advance of the course date.
If a student withdraws from a hands-on course/workshop less than one month prior to the course date there is no refund. Course fees, less an administrative and study material fee of €50.00 per one-day course and of €100.00 per two- or more day course, may be transferred to either an online course or a future hands-on course. If a student withdraws from a hands-on course more than one month prior to the course date, a refund will be given less an administrative and study material fee of €50.00 per one-day course and of €100.00 per two- or more day course which is non-refundable.
Students may withdraw from any online course, at any time. However refunds are only granted if they are requested within 14 days after the booking and the student has not yet started working with the online material.
If there is a right to refund under the above cancellation period of 14 days, this shall not be affected by the above refund clause.
Otherwise, refunds are granted in the following circumstances:
• If a course is cancelled by IF Equine & Animal Therapies.
Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of the refund request.
